FAQ
Do you need to be an AGC Member to subscribe to their Plan Room?
No. Although there are distinct advantages of becoming a member of the AGC, their plan room service is available to any construction industry related company or individual.
Can I be offered a Free Trial of ePlan?
Absolutely. Typically, contractors or suppliers attend one of our ePlan University events or receive a private tour right over the internet. From there, we’ll permit up to five (5) individuals from your company to road test the service for 2 full weeks to ensure ePlan is the right service for you.
What area does ePlan cover?
Our ePlan service is a regional plan room focusing its attention on the States of Missouri, Kansas & Oklahoma. We also include five (5) counties in the greater metropolitan St. Louis area in Illinois.
ePlan is expanding to add neighboring states and will make announcements during the year to update our progress.
How many users can I get with each subscription?
ePlan affords each of its subscribers a total of 5 users per company. These users can also be divided between different offices if needed.
Can I invite subcontractors or suppliers into ePlan to view projects and their documents?
Through our Sub Net Program, a built-in Invitation To Bid (ITB) tool can notify contacts within your address book and invite them to see all project documentation with the system- even if they do not have a subscription. Notifications can also be sent to these contacts via email, fax or both. Ask about our Sub Net Program.
Can I request projects to be posted within ePlan?
Yes. ePlan offers its subscribers the unique ability to request projects to be posted online. Regardless if the project is public or private, non-refundable, part refundable or even at no cost, give us the information and we’ll do what we can in order to obtain all bid documents and post them on our service.
How much is ePlan and can I make payments?
ePlan has a full range of packages and payment plans available to suit each subscribers need. Contact an ePlan customer service representative for full details.
